Step 2

Supply and Implementation

Sourcing the hardware, installing it, configuring it and handing over a network that is ready to run.

Between a good plan and a working network sits the delivery work: sourcing the hardware on a schedule you can rely on, installing it to the plan, configuring every device consistently, and testing on site before handover.

We do the sourcing ourselves, because we hold direct representation for several of the main lines and know what stock and lead times actually look like. That means the plan closes around hardware that is genuinely available, rather than a model that sits six months in a queue.

Handover comes with documentation: the final configuration, the as-built drawings and the coverage test results. If someone else takes the network over later, it is all written down.
